Job summary

Cisly Technologies Sdn. Bhd. in Penang is seeking a Sales Representative to support the sales team by handling customer enquiries, understanding requirements, and preparing replies and quotations.

You will coordinate with internal departments, manage orders in the ERP system, track delivery dates, and ensure accurate records from enquiry to order completion. Experience with ERP and multi-channel communication is valued.

Responsibilities

• Assist the sales team in communicating with existing and potential customers via email, phone, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
• Handle customer enquiries and reply to customer emails promptly and professionally.
• Understand customer requirements and clarify information, including product/part number, specification, quantity, delivery date, technical and shipping requirements.
• Communicate customer requirements to internal departments including Sales, Purchasing, Engineering, Production, and Logistics.
• Assist in preparing quotations based on customer requirements and send quotations and relevant documents to customers.
• Follow up with customers on submitted quotations and pending Purchase Orders.
• Check customer Purchase Orders against quotations and agreed requirements to ensure order information is correct.
• Coordinate internally to ensure customer orders are processed correctly and update customer order status in the ERP system.
• Monitor delivery schedules for customer orders and coordinate with Purchasing, Production, Warehouse, and Logistics on expected completion and delivery dates.
• Maintain proper records of customer enquiries, quotations, Purchase Orders, and communications, and update customer and sales information in the ERP system.
