• Proven experience as an Operations Manager in a BPO / Call Centre environment.
• Strong background in managing sales operations or sales campaigns.
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management and analytical skills.
• Experience managing large teams and achieving sales targets.
• Must be willing to work permanent night shifts (9:00 PM – 6:00 AM).
