Job summary

TenAsia Corporation Sdn Bhd in Nilai, Negeri Sembilan is seeking a dedicated Sales Coordinator to join our sales team. This full-time role supports the sales department by handling administrative tasks, coordinating between teams and assisting our sales representatives.

Responsibilities include processing orders, maintaining CRM data, creating reports and coordinating between customers and internal teams to ensure timely sales transactions.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales support or administrative roles in sales.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling meetings and travel arrangements.
• Process sales orders, quotations and proposals accurately.
• Maintain and update customer databases and CRM records.
• Communicate with clients to confirm orders, deliveries and inquiries.
• Coordinate between sales reps, operations and customers to ensure smooth transactions.
• Prepare sales reports and documentation for management review.
• Assist with inventory coordination and stock availability for sales needs.
• Support sales events, presentations and promotional activities.
