Job summary

TenAsia Corporation Sdn Bhd in Nilai, Negeri Sembilan is seeking an IT & Business Support Executive to bridge our technical infrastructure and business operations on-site. You will provide IT support and assist with business processes to help ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities include handling end-user support, managing helpdesk tickets, maintaining IT systems, and collaborating with business teams on data reporting and operational tasks.

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor\'s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business Administration or a related field
• 1-2 years of experience in IT support, helpdesk services or a similar technical support role
• Experience with IT helpdesk ticketing systems and asset management tools
• Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware, software and network connectivity issues
• Good understanding of business processes and ability to support business operations effectively
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Customer service orientation with a commitment to user satisfaction

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line and second-line technical support to end-users, diagnosing and resolving hardware, software and network issues efficiently
• Manage IT helpdesk tickets, ensuring timely resolution and comprehensive documentation of all support requests
• Perform system troubleshooting and maintenance tasks to ensure optimal performance of IT infrastructure
• Install, configure and maintain desktop, laptop and peripheral devices across the organization
• Support business operations by assisting with data management, reporting and administrative tasks
• Collaborate with business teams to understand requirements and provide tailored IT solutions
• Maintain IT asset inventory and ensure compliance with IT policies and procedures
• Provide user training and guidance on IT systems, software applications and best practices
• Monitor system performance and proactively identify opportunities for improvement
• Escalate complex technical issues to senior IT staff when necessary
