• Drive Process Excellence: Redesign and implement highly efficient sales processes—from lead and offer management to client onboarding—drastically reducing bottlenecks in the sales cycle.
• Empower the Sales Engine: Provide hands-on operational support (including complex ad-hoc quoting) and train the commercial team to ensure pristine CRM data quality and system compliance.
• Lead and Mentor: Champion, manage, and develop a dedicated sales support team, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
• Analyze and Strategize: Track critical sales metrics and translate raw data into actionable reports and insights to guide executive decision-making.
• Cross-Functional Champion: Act as the key liaison between sales and other departments, ensuring all tools and workflows seamlessly align with global and regional standards.

Requirements

• The Experience: 4 to 5+ years of proven experience in Sales Operations, Sales Support, or Commercial Operations within a fast-paced B2B environment.
• The Tech-Savvy: A granular understanding of complex sales cycles, CRM systems, and commercial data flows.
