Job summary

HK Harmony Resources Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a Sales Support Assistant in Kuala Lumpur to process orders, prepare invoices and delivery orders, arrange stock and deliveries, and maintain accurate records using AutoCount software.

The role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a preference for candidates holding SPM/STPM/diploma qualifications. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply and those with 1 year of experience are encouraged.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Candidate must possess at least SPM/STPM/Certificate/Diploma/Advanced Diploma in Business, Marketing, Sales or related field is preferred.
• At least 1 year working experience in the industry or in relevant field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process customer orders accurately and promptly.
• Prepare sales invoices, delivery orders, and other billing documents using AutoCount accounting software.
• Prepare and arrange stock according to customer orders.
• Coordinate and arrange deliveries with drivers, transporters, or courier services.
• Ensure all orders, invoices, stock records, and delivery documents are accurately updated in AutoCount.
• Handle filing and maintain proper records of sales orders, invoices, delivery orders, and other relevant documents.
• Provide general administrative support for daily sales operations.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by the management.
