Job summary

OTT CREATION MARKETING in Malaysia is seeking a Customer Service Executive to support customer enquiries, process sales orders, and coordinate with internal teams.

You will prepare quotations and delivery documents, track order status, liaise with Logistics for timely delivery, and provide sales reports. The ideal candidate holds a business-related degree and at least one year in customer service or sales support, with strong communication and detail orientation.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Business or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in Customer Service, Sales Support, Order Processing or a similar role.
• Customer-oriented with the ability to communicate effectively with different types of customers.
• Detail-oriented, proactive and passionate about providing excellent customer service.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Good coordination, follow-up and problem-solving skills.
