Job summary

LittleLives is seeking a Sales Support Executive on a fixed-term contract based in Kuala Lumpur. You will run outbound calls, manage a backlog of prospects, and book qualified presentation slots to enable the sales team to close deals.

The role focuses on new segments in enrichment, tuition, after-school, and K12, with flexibility to extend if the project needs continue. Strong English and Bahasa Malaysia skills are required.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in telemarketing, telesales, or B2B cold calling preferred.
• Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls daily.
• Good spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia; Bahasa Indonesia a plus.
• Basic CRM familiarity (training will be provided if needed).
• Available for the full contract period, with flexibility to extend if the role continues.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound cold calls to a defined list of prospects in Malaysia and Indonesia (Singapore to follow), prioritizing backlog and new-segment leads.
• Introduce LittleLives and gauge basic interest and fit.
• Schedule and coordinate product presentation appointments for the sales team.
• Maintain accurate call logs and appointment records in the CRM.
• Follow up on non-responsive contacts to maximize connect rates.
• Hand off qualified, scheduled appointments to the relevant sales executive with basic context.

We're launching into new segments (enrichment, tuition, after-school, K12) and have a backlog of prospects that need to be worked through. We're looking for someone to run outbound calls, clear this backlog, and book qualified presentation slots for the sales team — so our sales executives can stay focused on running presentations and closing, rather than on initial outreach. This is a focused engagement tied to this launch push, with room to extend depending on ongoing need.

What You Will Be Doing

• Make outbound cold calls to a defined list of prospects in Malaysia and Indonesia (Singapore to follow), prioritizing backlog and new-segment leads
• Introduce LittleLives and gauge basic interest and fit
• Schedule and coordinate product presentation appointments for the sales team
• Maintain accurate call logs and appointment records in the CRM

What We Are Looking For

• Prior experience in telemarketing, telesales, or B2B cold calling preferred
