LittleLives Inc. is expanding its sales outreach from Kuala Lumpur, focusing on new segments such as enrichment, tuition, after-school and K12. The role requires making high-volume outbound calls, qualifying leads, and booking product presentations for the sales team.

You will manage backlog prospects in Malaysia and Indonesia, coordinate with the sales team, and maintain CRM records. The contract runs for 3 months with potential extension based on performance.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in telemarketing, telesales, or B2B cold calling preferred.
• Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls daily.
• Good spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia required; Bahasa Indonesia a plus given Indonesia coverage.
• Basic CRM familiarity (training will be provided if needed).
• Confident phone manner, resilient to rejection, organized with follow-ups.
• Available for the full contract period, with flexibility to extend if the role continues.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound cold calls to a defined list of prospects in Malaysia and Indonesia (Singapore to follow), prioritizing backlog and new-segment leads.
• Introduce LittleLives and gauge basic interest and fit.
• Schedule and coordinate product presentation appointments for the sales team.
• Maintain accurate call logs and appointment records in the CRM.
• Follow up on non-responsive contacts to maximize connect rates.
• Hand off qualified, scheduled appointments to the relevant sales executive with basic context.
