Job summary

LittleLives Inc in Malaysia is seeking a Sales Support Executive on a 3-month fixed-term contract, with potential extension. You will run outbound calls to clear backlog and new-segment leads, booking qualified presentation slots for the sales team to focus on delivering presentations and closing deals.

You will handle high-volume outbound calls to Malaysia and Indonesia, introduce LittleLives and gauge interest, and coordinate product presentation appointments for the sales team.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in telemarketing, telesales, or B2B cold calling preferred.
• Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls daily.
• Good spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia; Bahasa Indonesia a plus.
• Basic CRM familiarity; training will be provided if needed.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound cold calls to a defined list of prospects in Malaysia and Indonesia.
• Introduce LittleLives and gauge basic interest and fit.
• Schedule and coordinate product presentation appointments for the sales team.
• Maintain accurate call logs and appointment records in the CRM.
• Follow up on non-responsive contacts to maximize connect rates.
• Hand off qualified, scheduled appointments to the relevant sales executive with basic context.
