Job summary

LittleLives is seeking a Sales Support Executive on a 3-month contract basis to run outbound calls and clear a backlog of prospects in Malaysia and Indonesia. You will book qualified presentation slots for the sales team, enabling executives to focus on demonstrations and closures.

The role requires telemarketing or B2B calling experience, strong English and Malay language skills, CRM familiarity, and the endurance for high-volume outreach. Potential extension depends on business needs.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in telemarketing, telesales, or B2B cold calling preferred.
• Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls daily.
• Good spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia required; Bahasa Indonesia a plus.
• Basic CRM familiarity (training will be provided if needed).
• Available for the full contract period, with flexibility to extend if the role continues.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound cold calls to a defined list of prospects in Malaysia and Indonesia.
• Introduce LittleLives and gauge basic interest and fit.
• Schedule and coordinate product presentation appointments for the sales team.
• Maintain accurate call logs and appointment records in the CRM.
• Follow up on non-responsive contacts to maximize connect rates.
• Hand off qualified, scheduled appointments to the relevant sales executive with basic context.
