Job summary

J&T Express is seeking a Sales Support Executive to assist the Sales team with quotations, documents, and customer coordination in Malaysia. The role includes onboarding via WMS/OMS, maintaining customer and SKU data, and drafting contracts.

The ideal candidate has warehouse-related experience, familiarity with WMS/OMS systems, and strong organizational and communication skills to ensure smooth onboarding from quote to go-live.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of warehouse-related experience.
• Experience using WMS or OMS systems.
• Detail-oriented with strong sense of responsibility.
• Basic Excel skills.
• Good communication and coordination abilities.

Responsibilities

• Support the Sales team with quotations, documents, and customer coordination.
• Handle customer onboarding, including WMS/OMS system setup.
• Maintain customer data, SKU information, and system entries.
• Prepare and manage contracts, and follow up on signing progress.
• Assist with billing, pricing updates, and basic finance coordination.
• Liaise with Warehouse, System, and Finance teams to ensure smooth onboarding.
• Track overall progress from deal closure to operational go-live.
