Job summary

Allianz Malaysia Berhad is seeking a dedicated trainer to develop and execute agent training programmes that boost retention and productivity. You will digitalize training to improve effectiveness and support departmental projects aligned with company goals.

You will ensure compliance, handle training inquiries with a service mindset, and actively participate in events within the division. Strong English, IT literacy, and a collaborative attitude are essential.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of work experience required.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, execute and support agent development path and training programme that improve agents’ retention and productivity.

Digitalized training programs that improve training effectiveness and enhance agent training experience.

Involve and assist in department /division project that align to company overall goal.

Ensure training compliance by agents.

Ensure quality and effectiveness of the training programme and compliance.

Handle agencies’ enquiries on training related matters with excellent service mindset.

Participate in company’s, division’s and department’s events and projects.
