Job summary

Talent Recruit in Malaysia seeks a Sales Support Administration for a 6-month contract from December 2025 to May 2026. You will process and confirm customer orders, prepare invoices, answer phone calls and handle inquiries, and support sales and operations with administrative tasks.

The basic salary is RM2,000 per month plus overtime pay, with working hours 9:00am–6:00pm (Mon–Fri) and 9:00am–3:00pm on Saturdays.

Working Hours

• Monday Friday: 9:00am 6:00pm
• Saturday: 9:00am 3:00pm
• Overtime (OT): May be required during peak periods.

Job Responsibilities

• Process and confirm customer orders
• Prepare invoices and documentation
• Answer phone calls and handle customer inquiries
• Support sales and operations teams with administrative tasks
• Assist with other ad hoc duties as required

Requirements

• Able to start before January 2026 (training required before peak season)
• Responsible, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication skills and customer service attitude

Additional Information

• Contract period: December 2025 May 2026
• Annual Leave: 4 days for 6-month contract (accumulated at 0.66 day per month). Staff may apply for leave after completing 2 months of service.
