Job summary

Aramex (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd in Petaling Jaya is seeking a proactive Sales Support Coordinator to prepare accurate quotations for sales and service contracts, based on customer requirements and established pricing. You will work with customers to understand needs and ensure competitive quotes.

You will coordinate with the Sales, Customer Service, and Operations teams to ensure smooth shipment execution, arrange pick-ups and deliveries, and address special handling needs.

• Coordinate closely with the Sales, Customer Service, and Operations teams to ensure smooth communication and execution of shipments.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders to facilitate seamless shipment processes, including arranging pick-ups, deliveries, and any special handling needs.
• Provide ad hoc administrative support to the Sales team, including assisting with customer enquiries.
• Support Aramex.com operations by working with the invoicing team to ensure rates are accurately updated and reflected in a timely manner.
