• Prepare accurate and timely quotations for sales and service contracts based on customer requirements and established pricing guidelines.
• Coordinate closely with the Sales, Customer Service, and Operations teams to ensure smooth communication and execution of shipments.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders to facilitate seamless shipment processes, including arranging pick-ups, deliveries, and any special handling needs.
• Provide ad hoc administrative support to the Sales team, including assisting with customer enquiries.
• Support Aramex.com operations by working with the invoicing team to ensure rates are accurately updated and reflected in a timely manner.
