Job summary

Kah Motor Company Sdn Bhd in Penang is seeking a Sales Supervisor/Advisor for EV vehicles to lead our Sungai Pinang showroom. You will manage day-to-day operations, guide the sales team, and ensure an exceptional customer buying experience while meeting sales targets.

You should have at least 5 years' experience in automotive retail, strong administrative skills, and deep knowledge of local market dynamics to develop effective sales strategies and foster relationships with customers and

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in leading an automotive retail sales outlet generating high sales volume (>100 monthly).
• Experience in automotive sales industry is highly preferred.
• Aggressive in sourcing for sales and customers to achieve monthly targets.
• Pleasant personality with negotiation and selling skills to close sales.
• Self-disciplined in managing time and work.

Work Hours: By shift according to duty roster & road show hours

Candidate Requirements:-

Only candidates with relevant work experience will be considered

Build relationship with customers and understand what they are looking for in a vehicle

Coming up and practice sales tactic by negotiating prices and incentives with potential customers for vehicle purchase

Attend to walk-in customers’ need and keep in touch with existing customers

Provide positive sales experience (from initial point of contact until the end) and ensure customer is happy with service given and their purchase

Promote latest promotions & send out invitations to customers for showroom event or product launch

Expend network and customer outreach through the creative use of social media
