TAN CHONG GROUP (Blue collar) is seeking a Sales Advisor to guide customers through the car-buying journey, with a focus on EVs and hybrid vehicles. You will promote TQ WULING models, manage leads, and close sales, while delivering exceptional showroom experiences.

The role emphasizes EV knowledge, test drives, and building lasting customer relationships, with a contract basis and commission structure to reward performance.

• Represent TQ WULING and promote EVs and conventional cars.
• Engage with walk-in and online customers to assess needs and suggest vehicles.
• Explain EV features, battery range, charging options, and ownership benefits.
• Conduct test drives and product demonstrations to showcase vehicles.
• Build relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.
• Maintain showroom standards and offer high-level customer service.
• Achieve individual and branch sales targets.

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Advisor with a strong interest in automotive sales, particularly electric vehicles (EVs). The ideal candidate will guide customers through the car-buying journey, provide expert knowledge on EV technology, and deliver an exceptional showroom and test-drive experience.If you’re passionate about sales and love connecting with people, this role is perfect for you!

Job Type: Contract (Urgent, Immediate Hiring)

Pay: Basic Salary + Good Commission

Job Responsibilities

As a Sales Advisor, you will represent TQ WULING in providing customers with a memorable car‑buying experience. You will be responsible for promoting TQ WULING vehicles, managing sales leads, and achieving sales targets.

Engage with walk-in and online customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable vehicles

Promote and sell both electric and conventional cars, with a focus on EV features, benefits, and ownership experience

Explain technical aspects of electric vehicles, including battery range, charging options, maintenance, and cost savings

Conduct test drives and product demonstrations

Stay updated on the latest EV trends, incentives, and competitor offerings

Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat business and referrals

Comply with the company’s guidelines and procedures

Provide a consistently high level and memorable customer service

Achieve individual sales target and contribute to the branch sales target

Maintain showroom standards and ensure vehicles are well-presented

Experience selling electric or hybrid vehicles

Knowledge of EV charging infrastructure.

Job Requirements

Open to SPM leavers.

Have sales experience in motor trade industry

Strong influencing and interpersonal skills

Self-motivated, target driven and passionate in sales & services industry

Candidates with own car is an added advantage

Willing to work long hours

Able to work at the location as advertised
