Job summary

Etika Group of Companies in Malaysia is seeking a Sales professional to review sales performance against targets at weekly meetings, ensure pricing and promotions are followed, and communicate changes to the team.

You will track sales targets for subordinates, assist in solving issues, support core operations from delivery to merchandising, and respond to inquiries and leads while ensuring customers' payments are monitored.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least SPM/Certificate/Diploma in any related field.
• At least 2-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in FMCG.
• Computer literate with MS Word and MS Excel; general software applications.
• Good communication and leadership skills; able to direct a sales team towards targets.

• Ensure clear communication and adherence of pricing and promotions for each product; inform team of changes.
• Track measures of sales targets for subordinates and assist in problem solving.
• Support successful execution of core work from delivery, backroom, management, merchandising and equipment.
• Ensure that all Sales Representatives keep track of customer payments.
• Respond to and follow up on sales enquiries, leads and visits.
• Perform any other duties or tasks as assigned, consistent with the role and business needs.

Job description

Review sales progress versus sales objectives at weekly meetings and monitor quality and consistency of the service delivery.

Ensure clear communication and adherence of pricing and promotions for each product and communicate with team members if there are any changes.

Tracking measures of sales target for subordinates & assist in problem solving - Identify and resolve external and internal concerns.

Support successful execution of core work especially operation from delivery, backroom, management, merchandising and equipment.

Ensure that all Sales Representatives always keep tracks on customer payments.

Respond to and follow up sales enquiries & leads and sales visits.

Perform any other duties or additional tasks as assigned, consistent with the role and the needs of the business.

REQUIREMENTS

Candidate must possess at least SPM/Certificate/Diploma in any related field.

At least 2 - 3 Years of experience in sales area, preferably in FMCG.

Computer literate i.e., MS Word, MS Excel, software application.

Good communication & leadership skills, able to direct a sales team towards sales target.
