Job summary

Etika Group of Companies in Malaysia is seeking a data analytics professional to develop and prepare daily and monthly operational reports and dashboards for management review. You will ensure data accuracy, perform audits on vending systems, support automation for route planning, and collaborate with operations to translate data into actionable insights.

Fresh graduates with a degree in analytics are welcome; strong Excel skills, English and Malay fluency, and knowledge of Power BI or Python

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• Open to fresh graduates with relevant internship experience.
• Strong data processing and analytical skills; proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required.
• Knowledge of Power BI and Python will be an added advantage.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and highly attentive to data accuracy.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in both English and Malay (written and spoken).

Develop and prepare daily and monthly operational reports, including presentations for management review.

Ensure data accuracy and integrity within the vending operations system.

Perform routine audits and troubleshooting on operational reports and vending systems.

Manage assigned projects and timelines, and support automation initiatives for route planning and machine enhancement.

Collaborate with operations teams and stakeholders to understand data and sales requirements, and conduct monthly data audits and validations.

Manage and maintain the annual operations planning template for regional teams.

Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies, providing actionable insights to support business decision-making.

Oversee incentive processes, including timelines, calculations, and validations for operational teams.

Evaluate existing business processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and streamline reporting.

Develop dashboards and tools to monitor and track operational performance.

Provide support for additional sales operations requirements as needed.

REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
