Job summary

Gentle Supreme Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking a results-driven FMCG Sales Executive to allocate, execute and meet sales budgets by volume and value, while expanding direct coverage and new channels.

You will collaborate with your reporting manager to respond to changing market dynamics, target opportunities, and maintain accurate customer data and monthly planning processes, including PDCA cycles for SR/ESR.

Qualifications

• FMCG industry experience is a must have
• Minimum 2 years of solid sales experience in FMCG industry
• Relevant skill in FMCG general trade is required
• Proficient in Malay and Mandarin as this role requires liaison with Mandarin speaker clients
• Able to use basic IT tools including Excel, presentation PowerPoint and online meeting tools in daily operation function

• Allocate, execute and meet individual direct coverage targets
• Work with reporting line manager to develop a plan to address market dynamics and capture market opportunities
• Explore new business and channel opportunities
• Ensure direct involvement in PDCA Cycle discipline for all SR and ESR
• Track and monitor sales targets, direct coverage and productive stores
• Ensure reporting line team tracks execution in line with marketing and trade marketing campaigns and trade programs
• Ensure reporting line team develops, accrues and maintains accurate customer information including Master Coverage Data, Monthly Fixed Journey Plan and Daily Sales Review Plan
• Ensure basic standard operational procedures comply with company direction
