Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Business, or related field.
• More than 2 years of working experience.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI) and AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Sales Analysis and Performance Monitoring: Analyze agency portfolios to identify sales opportunities and growth areas.
• Campaign and Marketing Management: Analyze campaign results and supervise campaign activities in the agent’s portal/SAT system.
• Stakeholder Communication and Support: Facilitate communication with branches and support performance alignment.
• Event and Campaign Support: Assist in organizing sales events and campaigns when needed.
