Job summary

Adecco Outsourcing Recruitment in Kuala Lumpur seeks a results-driven finance/sales support professional. You will prepare and maintain sales performance reports, analyze trends, and ensure stock levels are accurate to support sales activity.

You will forecast sales based on history and market data, assist campaigns, manage the promotion planner, and compute incentives and commissions with attention to detail under deadlines.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Business, Statistics, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 4 years in Finance, Admin or Sales Support.
• Advanced Excel skills: Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data analysis.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills with attention to detail.
• Experience with ERP/CRM or sales reporting systems is an advantage.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency with SAP, word processing, spreadsheets, large databases, and presentations.
• Demonstrated multitasking and prioritisation across stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain sales performance reports.
• Analyze sales trends and provide insights to support business decisions.
• Track and monitor stock levels at the warehouse.
• Ensure inventory accuracy and availability to support sales activities.
• Prepare sales forecasts based on historical data and market trends.
• Support the execution of sales and marketing campaigns.
• Maintain the promotion calendar and planner.
• Calculate sales incentives and commissions based on sales achievement, product performance, customer performance, and target attainment.
• Ensure timely and accurate incentive reporting.
