Job summary

FUJIFILM Business Innovation Malaysia is seeking a Sales Specialist (Graphic Communication Services) to drive revenue growth and new customer acquisition within the assigned territory. You will provide technical sales support for the product portfolio and work closely with the sales team to meet quarterly targets.

The role includes conducting workshops, maintaining SFDC records, and building strong customer relationships while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in IT, Advertising/Media or a related field.
• Minimum 3–58 years of sales experience in relevant industry, preferably IT/advertising related.
• Strong understanding of IT concepts and colour printing knowledge preferred.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
• Proven ability to develop and maintain relationships with customers.

Responsibilities

• Support Direct sales team with technical sales support for Graphic Communication Services.
• Promote achievement of product gross in and revenue targets within the territory.
• Adhere to sales compliance, company policy, and secure transactions.
• Promote customer satisfaction and maintain relationships with partners.
• Conduct technical workshops for internal sales or external customers when needed.
• Collaborate with District Sales Managers, Account Managers and Sales Executives on day-to-day activities.
• Develop sales tools and samples, coordinate with suppliers and marketing.
• Maintain SFDC records, track visits, demos and calls daily.

Duties & Responsibilities

• To be responsible for supporting Direct sales team in terms of technical sales support focusing on Graphic Communication Services product portfolio.
• Responsible for company set product gross in and revenue target.
• To follow standard conditions for business activities based on sales compliance, conformity with company policy, and secured transaction.
• To promote improvement of customer satisfaction.
• Maintain technical liaison with business partners, and their regional support office.
• To conduct technical workshops for internal sales or external customers from time to time to promote Fujifilm product portfolio.
• To work closely with District Sales Managers, Account managers and Sales executives in the day-to-day sales activities in their territory, i.e. account management, cold calling, product demonstration, and proposal presentation,
• To have self-initiative in developing sales tools, product samples, and sight seller by working closely with supplier and marketing team.
• Attending, learn and apply knowledge acquired from attending product training and sales workshop.
• Continuous self-improvement by reading product information/write-up, review professional publication, competitor’s product and information leaflets.
• Maintaining and updating customers records and information in SalesForce Dot Com (SFDC). Basic responsibilities are to update customer visit, demo, cold call, etc. activities daily. Engaged direct sales team in account management planning using data gathered and collected via SFDC.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or diploma in IT, Advertising/Media or any relevant field.

Minimum 3-58years of sales experience in relevant industry, preferably IT/advertising related.

Strong understanding of IT concepts and colour printing knowledge preferred.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.

Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain relationships with customers.

Skilled in understanding customer needs and articulating them back to the Technical and Service Delivery Teams.

Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Pre-sales.
