Job summary

The Sales Specialist for Proton EV is responsible for driving sales of Proton Electric Vehicles by engaging potential customers, understanding their needs, and delivering exceptional service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. This role involves a deep understanding of Proton EV's product offerings, market trends, and the competitive landscape. The Sales Specialist will also play a critical role in representing the Proton EV brand and its commitment to innovation and sustainability.

Job Description:

Responsible for achieving the set sales targets; monthly, quarterly and yearly.

Explains and demonstrates vehicle features and technologies, focusing on customer comfort level and retention.

Capable of excel & detail monitoring.

Capable to perform marketing/social media tasks

Capable to design for social media posting

Must be willing to do social media Facebook / Tik Tok / Instagram live

Always provide the best customer satisfaction journey.

Actively participate in all marketing, promotional events, meeting and training organized by Outlet and HQ.

Qualifications:

Minimum 1 Year(s) experience in handling and supporting customers in a retail environment (preferably from premium brand).

Candidate must have a minimum Diploma / Degree in any discipline.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and is able to interact with people at all levels.

Possess excellent sales and product knowledge (knowledge of EV experience is an added advantage).
