Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in handling and supporting customers in a retail environment (preferably from premium brand)
• Diploma or Degree in any discipline
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Possess sales and product knowledge; EV knowledge is a plus
• Willing to travel

Responsibilities

• Achieve set sales targets monthly, quarterly and yearly
• Explain and demonstrate vehicle features and technologies
• Excel and detail monitoring
• Perform marketing/social media tasks
• Design social media posts for campaigns
• Willing to do social media live on Facebook/TikTok/Instagram
• Deliver the best customer satisfaction journey
• Participate in marketing events, promotions, meetings and training organized by Outlet and HQ
