That's why we are always looking for curious minds that see themselves imagining the unimaginable with us.**About the Role**In this role, you will drive sales growth across assigned Biology portfolios, execute commercial strategies, identify new business opportunities, and build strong customer relationships across Malaysia.You will play a critical role in expanding market share, achieving sales targets, and delivering sustainable business growth.We are looking for a highly motivated commercial professional with a strong business mindset, a passion for sales, and the ability to turn opportunities into results.**Key Responsibilities****Business Growth & Sales Execution**Drive revenue growth and achieve assigned sales targets across Malaysia for the Biology portfolio.Execute territory and account plans to maximize market penetration, customer engagement, and business expansion.Identify, develop, and convert new opportunities in Molecular Biology, Cell Biology, Protein Biology, Genomics, and related Life Science applications.Demonstrated ability to provide technical consultation, product demonstrations, training, and presentations.Build healthy sales pipeline while providing accurate opportunity and sales forecasts.Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities across the Biology portfolio.Conduct regular customer visits to understand research objectives, laboratory needs, technical challenges, and growth opportunities.Promote and position Biology workflow solutions, including reagents, assay kits, cell culture products, antibodies, proteins, molecular biology tools, and related consumables and instruments.Collaborate with regional marketing, and local commercial team to support customers’ opportunities and drive successful outcomes.Driving portfolio growth across academic institutions, research centers, biotechnology companies, pharmaceutical companies, testing laboratories, and industrial customers.Monitor market trends, emerging technologies, customer activities, and competitive developments within Life Science.Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while expanding business within key accounts.Support customers throughout the sales cycle, from opportunity identification to solution implementation.Develop account growth plans and execute targeted customer engagement activities to strengthen long-term partnerships.**Forecasting & Business Reviews**Provide monthly business updates, forecasts, and opportunity reviews.Monitor sales performance of Bio portfolio and key account developments to support business planning.**Who You Are**Bachelor’s degree in Biotechnology, Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Biomedical Sciences, Genetics, Cell Biology, or a related scientific discipline.Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in life science, biotechnology, molecular biology, diagnostics, laboratory research, technical support, application specialist, or customer-facing technical roles.Strong technical knowledge in areas such as **protein biology, cell culture, molecular biology, genomics, proteomics, microbiology, immunology, or related life science workflows**.Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.Prior experience in technical sales, field application specialist, product specialist, or business development roles within the life science industry will be an advantageExperience selling analytical instruments, reagents, consumables, workflow solutions, reference materials, laboratory products, or assay solutions is highly preferred.Strong commercial acumen and business mindset.Excellent prospecting, opportunity qualification, and closing skills.Strong communication and presentation skills.Ability to build relationships with customers at multiple organizational levels.Self-driven, resilient, and results oriented.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to travel within Malaysia as required.Has a hunter mentality and enjoys identifying opportunities and winning new business.Is proactive, resilient, and accountable for results.Thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced commercial environment.**What we offer:** We are curious minds that come from a broad range of backgrounds, perspectives, and life experiences.
