We are seeking a talented and driven Sales/Senior Sales Engineer to join our dynamic team at Takeiki Sdn Bhd in Penang. This full-time role is responsible for driving sales and growth within our organisation, leveraging your exceptional technical expertise and customer relationship skills.

What you'll be doing

• Actively prospecting and identifying new sales opportunities
• Engaging with potential customers to understand their needs and requirements
• Preparing and delivering compelling sales presentations and proposals
• Promoting and selling products like micro pump, sensors, shock absorbers, gas springs, monorail conveyor, switches, motors, vision cameras, indexers, clamps, etc.
• Maintaining and nurturing relationships with existing customers
• Providing first level technical support and guidance to customers
• Analysing sales data and providing insights to inform business decisions

What we're looking for

• Minimum 2 years of demonstrated success in a sales or sales engineering role, ideally within the Sales industry
• Strong technical expertise and understanding of the products and solutions offered by Takeiki Sdn Bhd
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage with customers at all levels
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to drive sales and customer satisfaction
• At least a Diploma in Engineering, Business, or a related field
