NINEXPRESS SDN BHD is seeking enthusiastic Sales Representatives (Logistics) to join our Kota Kinabalu sales team. The role involves identifying opportunities, building client relationships and driving revenue for logistics services in Sabah.

You will present tailored solutions, prepare proposals and negotiate contracts to achieve monthly and quarterly targets, while collaborating with operations and support teams.

Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect and develop new business opportunities in Kota Kinabalu District.

• Prepare sales proposals, quotations and presentations at all levels.
• Negotiate contracts and close sales while ensuring profitability.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
• Maintain CRM records of leads and activities; coordinate with ops/finance/service teams.
• Attend industry events to generate leads and raise company visibility.

About the role

NINEXPRESS SDN BHD is seeking enthusiastic and driven Sales Representatives (Logistics) to join our dynamic sales team in Kota Kinabalu District, Sabah. This is a full-time position that offers an exciting opportunity to build a career in the logistics industry. As a Sales Representative, you will be at the forefront of our business development efforts, responsible for identifying new opportunities, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth for our logistics services. This role is crucial to our company's expansion and success in the region, and you will play a key part in representing NINEXPRESS SDN BHD to potential and existing clients.

• Identify, prospect and develop new business opportunities within the logistics sector in the Kota Kinabalu District area
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business
• Present and demonstrate logistics services and solutions to potential clients, tailoring offerings to meet their specific business needs
• Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotations and presentations to clients at all levels
• Negotiate contracts and close sales deals whilst ensuring profitability and alignment with company objectives
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and key performance indicators
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions, leads and sales activities in the company's CRM system
• Collaborate with internal teams including operations, finance and customer service to ensure seamless service delivery
• Conduct product training and keep up-to-date with changes to logistics services, industry trends and competitor offerings
• Attend industry events, networking functions and trade shows to generate leads and enhance company visibility

What we're looking for

• Proven experience in a sales role, preferably within the logistics, transportation or related industries
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds
• Strong negotiation and closing abilities with a track record of achieving sales targets
• Self-motivated and result-driven with a competitive spirit and passion for sales
• Sound knowledge of logistics services, supply chain management or related business processes
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple clients and priorities
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the Sabah Area
