Job summary

SERBA WANGI PH SDN. BHD. is seeking a Sales Representative to manage and grow customer relationships across KT and Kelantan. You will expand the sales pipeline, establish new outlets and distribution for rice products, and prepare sales reports.

The role requires 2–3 years in sales management, a valid driving license, and the ability to travel as needed. Salary up to RM 10,000 per month. The company values proactive individuals who can adapt to a fast-paced market and meet monthly and yearly

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in sales management, preferably in rice industries or daily consumer products.
• Valid driving license required for travel to KT and Kelantan areas.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain customer relationships in the KT and Kelantan areas.
• Actively seek new opportunities and expand the sales pipeline through connections and the customer database.
• Drive and grow new sales outlets and distribution channels for rice products (rice, vermicelli, rice noodle, rice flour).
• Collect, analyze, and prepare sales reports.
• Meet monthly and annual sales targets; uphold organizational standards of quality service.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Job description

We are looking for a dedicated personality to join our big family as Sales Representative. You will be responsible in managing and maintaining customer relationships at K.T and KELANTAN area; review and identify the possible growth of each account.

You will play an important role, such as:

Actively seeking new opportunities and expand sales pipeline through connections and customer database.

Systemically drive and grow new sales outlets and distribution channel to sell our finished rice product / rice vermicelli / rice noodle and rice flour.

Collecting, analyzing, and preparing sales report

Establishing and following organization standards to maintain quality service.

Reviewing sales performance to achieve monthly and annually sales targets.

Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Salary up to RM 10,000 per month.

To succeed in this role, we will need you to have:

2 to 3 years of experience in sales management, preferable in rice industries and daily community product.

Good coordination, communication, and strong team management skills.

Adapting well to a fast-paced environment, being proactive and have a strong sense of responsibility.

Valid driving license as you will need to travel.
