Job summary

Posim Petroleum Marketing is looking for a field sales executive to grow the dealer network in Klang Valley, spanning lubricants, batteries, tires, and automotive products. You will cultivate key customer relationships and advise on pricing and promotions across the territory.

The role also emphasizes timely debt collection and ongoing improvements to sales processes, with incentives and allowances provided. Local travel and field-work are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of an SPM qualification.
• Must possess a driving license and own a car.
• At least 1 year of outdoor sales experience.
• Experience in Lubricant or Automation spare part industry is an advantage.
• Mandarin language ability is an added advantage.
• Malaysian citizen.
• Monthly/Quarterly/Half-Yearly incentives.
• Car and petrol allowance and fixed monthly allowance.
• Medical insurance: group hospitalisation and personal accident

• Built and expanded a strong dealer channel network to drive sales growth across existing product categories, including lubricants, batteries, tires, and other automotive products, within the assigned territory (Klang Valley).
• To maintain a strong relationship with customers, advise them regarding company's new products, pricing and promotion.
• Ensure the collection of debts in a timely manner.
• Execute continuous improvement activities to enhance sales processes, sales plans, customer satisfaction and collection.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess a minimum of an SPM qualification..
• Candidate must possess a driving license and own a car.
• At least 1 year of outdoor sales working experience, experience in the Lubricant industry / Automation spare part industry will be an added advantage.
• Able to speak Mandarin is an added advantage as need to communicate with Mandarin-speaking customers.
• Hard working, self-motivated, results-oriented and honest.
