Job summary

CHOP CHIN HUAT SDN BHD in Kedah, Alor Setar, Malaysia is seeking a full-time sales representative to serve customers, manage accounts and drive growth across wholesalers.

Responsibilities

• Serve customers by selling products and meeting needs.
• Service existing accounts, obtain orders, and establish new accounts by planning daily work schedules.
• Adjust sales presentations by studying outlet type and trade factors.
• Focus sales efforts by studying dealer volumes.
• Submit orders by referring to price lists and product literature.
• Keep management informed with daily, weekly, and monthly activity reports.
• Monitor competition by gathering marketplace data on pricing and products.
• Recommend changes in products, service and policy based on results.
• Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems and proposing solutions.
• Contribute to team effort by achieving related results as needed.

• Serves customers by selling products and meeting customer needs.
• Services existing accounts, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets and other trade factors.
• Adjusts content of sales presentations by studying the type of sales outlet or trade factor.
• Focuses sales efforts by studying existing and potential volume of dealers.
• Submits orders by referring to price lists and product literature.
• Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.
• Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, and merchandising techniques.
• Recommends changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments.
• Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least SPM.
• Working experience with exposure sales and marketing in wholesaler industry
• Experience in all aspects of planning and implementing sales strategy.
