Job summary

N DENT SDN. BHD. is recruiting a Sales Representative to promote dental product portfolios and expand market share in Johor.

The role requires basic education (SPM or higher) with a science background preferred and 1–2 years of sales experience or fresh graduates with the right attitude. The position offers a monthly package (RM4,000–RM5,000) with commissions, performance bonuses, petrol/phone allowances, and travel within Johor.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM, preferably science or Diploma / bachelor's Degree holder in any field.
• Science background is an added advantage
• Fresh graduates with right attitude are welcome - trainings will be provided
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Chinese language a plus
• Must possess valid driving license with own vehicle and willing to travel within Johor

Responsibilities

• Present and promote company's dental products portfolio.
• Execute company strategies (promotion plans) to gain market share and retain users.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Ensure effective coverage of assigned areas to meet sales targets (daily field visits to GP, Hospital, University, Government).
• Communicate product features and benefits to customers; provide exceptional service and follow up on orders.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and product developments; attend trainings, seminars, and exhibitions.

Job description

Total Remuneration: RM4,000 – RM5,000 per month (inclusive of basic pay and monthly allowances)

Minimum SPM, preferably good credit in science or Diploma / bachelor's Degree's Holder in any field.Science background is an added advantage

Preferably 1-2 years' experience in sales

Fresh graduates without relevant experience with right attitude and mindset are welcome - trainings will be provided

Fresh graduates from science stream are encouraged to apply

Strong interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills

Good negotiation and closing skills

Fast learner, self-motivated, responsible, ability to work both independently and within a team

Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia (spoken and written), proficiency in Chinese language will be an added advantage

Must possess valid driving license with own vehicle and willing to travel within Johor (and outstation if required)

Occasional work on weekends / public holiday if needed (Allowance available)

Learn about dental products, technologies and treatment procedures. Work closely with senior representatives to enhance product knowledge

Undertake other tasks as required
