Job summary

Dong Sin Food Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a Sales Representative to manage relationships with retail outlets in Sabah, drive promotions, and expand distribution. The role requires at least 1 year of FMCG sales experience and a valid Class D driving license, with a preference for Mandarin speakers.

Based in Kota Kinabalu, the candidate should be ready for outstation assignments and have good communication and interpersonal skills to build strong retailer partnerships and achieve sales targets.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM/STPM qualification or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of sales experience in the FMCG industry.
• Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and English; Mandarin-speaking candidates are preferred.
• Possess a valid Class D driving license.
• Based in Kota Kinabalu and available for outstation assignments.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop relationships with assigned retail outlets to maximize sales opportunities.
• Ensure effective implementation of promotion/activities execution in the accounts assigned so that sales volume target is achieved.
• Plan and implement in-store initiatives to increase sales, enhance brand visibility, and drive business growth.
• To maintain high standards of merchandising, product display, and execution across all assigned outlets.
• Drive business growth by securing new outlets, expanding product distribution, ensuring cooler placement and compliance, and achieving assigned operational KPIs.

Job Requirements:

Minimum SPM/STPM qualification or equivalent.

At least 1 year of sales experience in the FMCG industry.

Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and English. Mandarin-speaking candidates are preferred, and the ability to speak additional languages will be an added advantage.

Possess a valid Class D driving license.
