Job summary

Swang Chai Chuan Sdn Bhd (Mentakab) is hiring a full-time Sales Executive to serve customers, manage accounts, and expand the dealer network in a fast-moving wholesaler environment. You will plan daily visits, tailor presentations, and drive orders with a focus on growth and profitability.

The role requires 1-2 years in sales/marketing within wholesalers, strong communication, and interpersonal skills. Salary starts from RM1,800 per month with opportunities for promotion and parking

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least SPM.
• 1-2 years of experience with exposure to sales and marketing in wholesaler industry.
• Experience in planning and implementing sales strategy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Sells products and serves customers by meeting their needs.
• Serves existing accounts, obtains orders, and develops new accounts by planning daily calls to existing or potential outlets.
• Adjusts sales presentations based on the type of outlet or trade factor.
• Focuses sales efforts by studying dealers' volume and potential.
• Submits orders by referring to price lists and product literature.
• Keeps management informed with daily call reports, weekly work plans, and territory analyses.
• Monitors competition by gathering marketplace information on pricing, products, and delivery schedules.
• Recommends product/service/policy changes based on results and competition.
• Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, and reporting findings to management.
• Contributes to team efforts by achieving related results as needed.

• Services existing accounts, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets and other trade factors.
• Adjusts content of sales presentations by studying the type of sales outlet or trade factor.
• Focuses sales efforts by studying existing and potential volume of dealers.
• Submits orders by referring to price lists and product literature.
• Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.
• Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, and merchandising techniques.
• Recommends changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments.
• Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least SPM.
• 1-2 years, Working experience with exposure sales and marketing in wholesaler industry
• Experience in all aspects of planning and implementing sales strategy.
