Yonghuat Marketing in Malacca City is seeking a Sales Executive to supervise and coordinate daily promotion and sales activities, organize plans, recruit and train new sales personnel, and drive performance to achieve monthly targets.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the daily promotion and sales of products by sales representatives
• Organize and coordinate sales representative plans.
• Recruit, hire and train new salespersons.
• Track monthly and quarterly performance and sales indicators.
• Reach sales target and goals.
• Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions.
• Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Prepare reporting as needed.
• Performs all other related duties as assigned by the superior from time to time.

Job description

Overall salary (basic + allowance): RM 3500 - RM 4800 per month

Working hours: Monday-Friday (8:15 am-6:00 pm)
