Job summary

Exaltech Sdn Bhd is seeking an energetic Outdoor Sales professional to reach consumers in residential areas and events across Klang Valley. You will deliver compelling pitches, answer questions, and secure orders while traveling to various locations.

The role requires 2–3 years of sales experience, strong communication in Malay, English and Mandarin, and a willingness to travel. Own transport is essential, with performance-based earning potential and provided training.

Job description

Friendly, outgoing, and tactful enough to handle frequent rejection with a positive attitude.

Ability to speak clearly and convincingly in the primary local languages (e.g., Malay, English, or Mandarin).

Willingness to travel within Klang Valley to reach consumers as scheduled.

At least 2-3 year of experience in sales (furniture, pest control sales roles are all welcome!).

Confident, clear communicator who knows how to talk to customers on the phone or face to face.

Comfortable to handle some quotation, checking emails, and handling system paperwork.

Target-Driven: Motivated by achieving goals and eager to earn extra comissions.

Able to converse in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia. Other dialects is added advantages.

Must have own transport.

Responsibility

Outdoor Sales (B2C - Business to Consumer) & (B2B - Business to Business)

• Approach individual consumers in residential areas, spaces, or events to find new or service customers.
• Deliver engaging pitches directly to consumers, explaining how the product or service solves their needs.
• Address customer hesitation, doubts, and price concerns immediately to secure immediate sales.
• Initiates and confirm to process orders on the spot and handle payment collection safely.

• Follow Up Leads: Use your sales skills to call interested clients and uncover new opportunities.
• Understand Clients: Chat with customers to match their needs with our products.
• Handle Quotes: Calculate costs and send out quick, professional price quotations.
• Process Orders: Key in customer orders and keep our internal sales database updated.
• Hit Targets: Collaborate with senior sales leaders to smash monthly team goals.
