Job summary

You will work with cross-functional teams to develop test plans, automate scripts, review results, and ensure adherence to quality standards while maintaining confidentiality and professional conduct.

Qualifications

• Relevant sales, promotions, events, hospitality, customer-service or brand-representation experience is preferred.
• Confident, professional communication and comfort approaching prospective customers.
• Reliable follow-through and accurate record keeping.
• Ability to follow approved scripts, compliance boundaries and escalation procedures.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outreach, lead qualification, appointment setting and follow-up using approved scripts and materials.
• Represent assigned brands at approved events, campaigns, activations or online engagements.
• Capture complete prospect details, consent where required, conversation outcomes and next actions.
• Explain approved product or service information without changing prices, terms or claims.
• Escalate qualified opportunities and customer questions to the responsible manager.
• Maintain professional appearance, conduct and confidentiality appropriate to the assignment.
