Job summary

Jubin Cantik Sdn Bhd invites applications for a frontline retail role in Kuala Lumpur. The position focuses on greeting customers, understanding their needs, and recommending tiles and mosaic products.

You will drive sales while maintaining showroom presentation and handling related admin tasks. Applicants should have at least a SPM qualification with basic English, good communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail, sales, or customer service is preferred.
• Basic English communication skills required (SPM level).
• Knowledge of tiles and mosaic products is an added advantage but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
• Good organisational skills with attention to detail.
• Willing to travel when required and travel to HQ Kajang for interview/training.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Understand customers' requirements and recommend suitable products.
• Generate sales by promoting products and suggesting alternatives.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and handle enquiries professionally.
• Maintain showroom cleanliness, product displays, and overall presentation.
• Process customer orders and perform basic administrative tasks.
• Follow SOPs and maintain a clean and organised working environment.
• Assist Content Creator for Shah Alam with ad hoc tasks related to content materials when required.
• Perform any other duties assigned by Supervisor or Management.
