Job summary

Super Ceramic Tiles & Design is hiring for a sales-oriented role in Selangor. The position focuses on attending to walk-in customers, upselling a wide product range, and handling quotations and inquiries to meet customer needs.

The role requires good product knowledge, the ability to communicate in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia, and willingness to work six days a week across multiple locations. Training and career growth are offered.

Qualifications

• SPM / Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Candidates with Sales Experience is an added advantage.
• Able to converse well in Mandarin, English & Bahasa Malaysia.
• 6 working days. ( Including Sunday and Public Holiday)

Responsibilities

• Attending to WALK-IN Customer.
• Promoting / upselling our wide range of products and services.
• To prepare or follow up quotation and enquiry.
• Develop a good knowledge of the store’s products to provide appropriate recommendations based on customers’ needs.
• Co-ordinate with relevant departments to ensure timely delivery and provide after sales service
• Maintain and establish good working relationship with customer.
• Carry out sales activities, monitor showroom condition and display maintain.
• Any other related duties assigned by Management as when required.
