Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a motivated sales professional to identify and secure new opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with building contractors, developers and architects in Kuala Lumpur.

Requirements include a minimum SPM or Diploma, 1–2 years in relevant sales, or an engineering qualification; English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin are preferred; prior experience selling bathroom and kitchen products is a plus.

Qualifications

• SPM or Diploma in related course; fresh graduates accepted.
• Engineering qualification is an added advantage.
• Fluency in English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin.
• Experience selling bathroom & kitchen products is a plus.
• Independent with strategic thinking, analytical, planning & presentation skills.
• Excellent negotiation skills and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Plan, identify and secure new sales and business opportunities to achieve revenue growth targets.
• Maintain relationships with existing customers through regular visits.
• Negotiates with principals for best pricing and terms in the company's best interest.
• Follow up on delivery, shortages & complaints.
• Achieve monthly collection targets.
• Handle ad-hoc tasks as and when required

Requirements

• Min possess SPM (must have at least 1-2 years related working experience) Or Diploma (fresh graduate) in related course
• Candidate with engineering qualification will be an added advantage;
• Can speak in English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin
• Experienced in selling bathroom & kitchen product is an added advantage
• Independent with great strategic thinking, analytical, planning & presentation skill
• Competence in commercial knowledge with outstanding negotiation skill, and team work.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Good contact with building contractors, developers & architect
• Have good problem solving skills.
