Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a candidate for a retail/sales role. Greet customers, understand needs, and promote products while achieving sales. The position requires good communication, the ability to multitask in a fast-paced showroom, and willingness to travel to HQ Kajang for interview and training.

Experience in tiles/mosaic is an advantage; strong organisational skills help maintain displays and order. Training and interview logistics will be coordinated at Kajang.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail, sales, or customer service preferred.
• Minimum SPM qualification with basic English communication skills.
• Knowledge of tiles and mosaic products an added advantage but not required.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
• Good organisational skills with attention to detail.
• Willing to travel; travel to HQ Kajang for interview/training.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Understand customers' requirements and recommend suitable products.
• Generate sales by promoting products and suggesting suitable alternatives.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and handle enquiries professionally.
• Maintain showroom cleanliness, product displays, and overall presentation.
• Process customer orders and perform basic administrative tasks.
• Follow company SOPs and maintain a clean and organised working environment.
• Assist Content Creator for Shah Alam with ad hoc tasks when required.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Supervisor or Management.
