Job summary

SINOVEST INDUSTRIES (M) SDN BHD is seeking a Sales Representative to grow our hardware and electrical wholesale business in Johor and Melaka. You will develop new customers, promote products, handle enquiries, and drive orders with strong relationship management.

Ideal candidates have sales experience and knowledge of hardware/electrical sectors, with Bahasa Malaysia and English proficiency. Candidates from Johor or Melaka are encouraged to apply, with independent work capability and own

Qualifications

• Sales experience is preferred.
• Experience in hardware, electrical or related industries will be an advantage.
• Mandarin-speaking candidates are preferred.
• Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and English.

Responsibilities

• Develop new customers and business opportunities in Johor and Melaka.
• Maintain good relationships with existing customers and support customer relationship management.
• Introduce and promote hardware and electrical products to customers.
• Follow up on customer enquiries, quotations and orders.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.
• Monitor market trends, customer needs and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
• Assist in sales and marketing activities, including customer visits and meetings.
• Prepare quotations, sales-related documents and reports.
• Maintain and update customer records and databases.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
