Job summary

Shine Max Synergy Sdn Bhd is seeking a Sales & Business Development Representative to grow our cleaning services and cultivate long-term relationships with new and existing customers. You will identify prospects, present services, arrange meetings, and manage follow-ups to convert opportunities into tender wins.

The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, is self-motivated, and can maintain clean sales records while coordinating with property managers and operators in Malaysia.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales/business development is preferred, but suitable candidates with the right attitude may also apply.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable approaching and communicating with new customers.
• Self-motivated and able to follow up consistently.
• Able to organise leads and maintain proper sales records.
• Basic computer skills.
• Own transport is preferred.
