• Work with cross-functional teams to identify alternatives and support BOM enquiries.
• Manage quotation updates in customer portals and pricing information.
• Monitor open quotations and follow up on outstanding items.
• Prepare quotation activity reports including win/loss analyses and pricing trends.
• Support sales leaders with quotation reviews and data-driven recommendations.
• Identify opportunities to enhance quotation processes through standardisation and automation.
• Collaborate across teams to implement best practices and drive operational excellence.
• Provide backup support for pre-quotation activities.

Join RS as a Quote Coordinator (5 months contract), where you'll play a critical role in managing quotation activities, pricing compliance, reporting, and process improvements while partnering closely with sales and cross-functional teams.

What You'll Do

• Prepare and process quotations in accordance with quote, pricing guidelines, and service level agreements (SLAs).
• Review quotations for completeness and accuracy, ensuring all required supporting documentation is included.
• Serve as a key point of contact for sales teams regarding quotation-related enquiries.
• Coordinate internal reviews and approvals in line with quotation approval processes.
• Work with cross-functional teams to identify alternative products and support BOM enquiries.
• Manage quotation updates in customer portals and maintain customer-specific pricing information within systems.
• Monitor open quotations, follow up on outstanding items, and maintain accurate quote statuses.
• Prepare quotation activity reports, including win/loss analysis, pricing trends, and customer insights.
• Support sales leaders with quotation reviews and data-driven recommendations to improve conversion rates.
• Identify opportunities to enhance quotation processes through standardisation, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate across teams to implement best practices and drive operational excellence.
• Provide backup support for pre-quotation activities and other Quote Coordinators when required.
