Job summary

RS Asia Pacific in Malaysia is seeking a Quotation Coordinator to support the sales team by generating quotations in accordance with guidelines and maintaining accurate records in SAP.

The role involves coordinating with sales, preparing reports on quotation activity, and backing up the quotation coordinator team as needed. Strong MS Word/Excel/PowerPoint skills and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Basic MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Proactive, team player with good communication.
• Experience with or willingness to learn quotation processes and SAP.

Responsibilities

• Generate quotations following guidelines.
• Maintain client database and quotation statuses in SAP.
• Assist in generating quotations and updating the system.
• Follow up on Open quotes and ensure correct status in the system.
• Support sales activities, including seminars and product road shows.

About the role

Generate quotation according quote guideline, coordinate on exceptional approvals, prepare open quote report and trigger follow-up actions to support sales activities in the market.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain client database and relationships in SAP
• Assist in generation quotation and system update
• Follow up on Open quote and maintain the right status of the quotation in the system
• Build and participate sales activities, business development plan and marketing calendar - sales call out, seminars and products road shows
• Assist in collecting data, Prepare reports on quotation activity
• Act as backup among quotation coordinator teams

Requirements:

• Basic knowledge in MS Words, Excel and Power Point
• Passionate, Self-motivated, team player, communicative and resilient
