METCAL TECHNOLOGIES (M) SDN. BHD. is seeking a detail-oriented Sales Administrator to support the sales team with quotation preparation and administrative tasks.

The role involves handling customer inquiries, maintaining records, and coordinating with internal departments to ensure accurate pricing and timely order processing. The candidate should have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to speak and write in Mandarin.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must be able to speak and write in Mandarin.
• Experience in sales support or admin roles is a plus.

Mansioni

• Prepare and issue sales quotations based on inquiries and requests.
• Communicate with customers via email/phone/in person to follow up on quotations.
• Coordinate with sales team to ensure quotations align with pricing policies.
• Maintain and update customer records and quotation databases.
• Assist in processing sales orders and coordinating with logistics, finance, and technical teams.
• Provide general administrative support to the sales team.
• Track quotation status and follow up with customers to close deals.
• Escalate and route customer complaints to the appropriate team.
