World School Fund is seeking a Sales and Partnership Executive to own the MyTrustie sales pipeline from prospecting to signed contracts and to foster durable relationships with school owners, principals and institutional partners. The role blends new business and relationship management, with a focus on trust and referrals.
Based at Kota Damansara with regular school visits and travel across Malaysia, the candidate should be persistent, credible and comfortable engaging governance discussions
The Sales and Partnership Executive carries two jobs that feed each other. The first is commercial: own the MyTrustie sales pipeline end to end, from prospect list to signed contract, and hit the 12-month target. The second is relational: build durable working relationships with school owners, principals and institutional partners, so that we are the people they call when they want to make their school better. The role suits someone who is comfortable cold-approaching a school principal on Monday and sitting through a 90-minute governance conversation on Thursday. Schools buy slowly, on trust, and through referral. We are hiring for persistence and credibility, not for a scripted closer. Reports to Campaign Director. Based at Kota Damansara, with regular school visits. Frequent travel within Malaysia; own transport required.
