Job summary

Randstad Malaysia is seeking a Sales Administration professional to act as a bridge between commercial clients and factory engineering teams, driving smooth sales processes and precise order details.

You will handle inquiries, quotations, and purchase orders, track delivery schedules, and communicate with clients to clarify requirements and provide updates. You will also interpret AutoCAD drawings with engineers and support ERP/HVAC learning for better workflows.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• 1 to 2 years of experience in sales administration or customer service.
• Basic ability or familiarity in reading AutoCAD drawings and technical layouts.
• Prior exposure or willingness to learn ERP systems and HVAC industry basics.

Responsibilities

• Process customer enquiries, prepare quotations, and accurately handle purchase orders
• Track and monitor order delivery schedules to ensure on-time fulfillment
• Communicate directly with commercial clients to clarify requirements and provide order updates
• Interpret technical AutoCAD drawings to coordinate custom order specifications with engineers
• Assist in improving sales admin workflows to support overall operational efficiency
