Adecco Outsourcing Recruitment is seeking a Sales Support professional for a 1-year renewable contract in Kuala Lumpur. The role focuses on supporting sales processes, responding to information requests, and monitoring CRM leads and opportunities for timely quotations and offers.

Responsibilities include order processing, maintaining master data, and timely submission of reports. The incumbent should have a Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years' experience in Finance, Admin or Sales Support,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business/admin/finance or related field.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in Finance, Admin or Sales Support.
• Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Responsabilités

• Carry out activities to support the execution of sales processes, tasks and projects.
• Respond to external/internal requests for information.
• Proactively monitor CRM leads and opportunities to enable timely offers and avoid duplicates.
• Support the creation of quotations and commercial offers.
• Support order processing and other sales operations activities.
• Submit reports weekly or monthly as required.
• Maintain Master Data and ensure accuracy of claims and data submissions.
• Update retail portals and forms before due dates.
